People say everything is bigger in Texas and I completely agree. While I visited Michelle and Jeremy in Dallas, I saw how huge everything was. A supermarket wasn't really a super market, it was more like mega market. Movie theaters were huge, too. And the weather was hot and the landscape had no mountains. It was just completely flat. I learned something new, the houses in Texas don't have basements, something about the land/soil being not stable enough to build a basement . . . Anyway, I had a great time visiting Dallas. There were lots of places to shop and eat. We visited Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden while I was there and it was beautiful.
